Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our Wilmington, Delaware warehouse within 7 business days. ( Unless stated otherwise in the product description)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped and delivered.

We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 7 days for your to ship.

Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it, you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.

Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has bee returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is null & void.
